1. About Cloobix

Cloobix is a nightlife venue discovery and booking marketplace. Members browse venues, follow artists, and — once eligible — can claim ownership of a venue listing in order to manage its profile and accept bookings.

2. Accounts

You must be 21 or older to hold a Cloobix account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Cloobix venue verification SMS program

Program name: Cloobix venue verification.

What the program does: When a signed-in Cloobix member initiates a claim on a venue's public listing, we send a one-time passcode by SMS to that venue's publicly listed business phone number (as returned by Google Places). The recipient enters the code back into Cloobix to confirm they can receive messages at the number of record. This is used solely to authorize the venue-listing claim.

Message frequency: One message per verification request. This is not a recurring program and is not used for marketing.

HELP: Reply HELP to any Cloobix verification message to receive support instructions, or email hi@cloobix.com.

STOP: Reply STOP to any Cloobix verification message to opt out. You will receive a single confirming message and no further SMS from the verification program. If you later initiate another claim, you will be asked to opt back in before another passcode is sent.

Cloobix does not use this phone number for marketing and does not share it with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy page for details on how phone numbers used for verification are handled.
